Shipping & Delivery
smartycom AG ships throughout Switzerland. Below you'll find an overview of our shipping rates, delivery times and returns policy. Full details are set out in our General Terms and Conditions.
Parcel shipping
- Flat-rate postage of CHF 9.90 on orders up to CHF 500.00.
- Free parcel delivery on orders of CHF 500.00 or more.
Lorry delivery (kerbside)
Parcels weighing 30 kg or more, or larger than 60 × 60 × 100 cm, are delivered by lorry.
- One pallet: CHF 95.00 (excl. VAT).
- Two pallets: CHF 195.00 (excl. VAT).
Delivery takes place within Switzerland, or goods may be delivered directly to the customer from the production site. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), ex warehouse, plus shipping costs, which are added separately to the invoice.
Delivery dates for ordered goods are stated in our order confirmation. Goods that are in stock are usually dispatched within one working day. If an item is not in stock when the order is placed, we will endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible. Partial deliveries are permitted.
Risk passes to the buyer as soon as the consignment is handed over to the carrier (post office, parcel service or other carrier). Please check goods for completeness and damage immediately on receipt. If no complaint is made within five working days of receipt, acceptance is deemed to have taken place.
In the event of recognisable transport damage, obtain immediate confirmation from the deliverer. For concealed transport damage, lodge a complaint with the carrier immediately after discovery (within 1–2 days) and request confirmation of the damage. A free replacement delivery is provided in return for sending in the defective goods together with the required documents.
In principle there is no general right of return. A return can be granted by special agreement (e-mail or letter), provided the item is returned unused and in perfect new condition, in undamaged original packaging and complete with all accessories. Returns must be properly and sufficiently stamped. After receipt of the goods we refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), subject to the conditions above.
